Hello all
We have a user who cannot use the "Create from template" option since two days. He gets the message "Somehings's gone wrong" with the ERROR: 5MP611.
We have already cleared the browser and JIRA cache and used another browser. The user has the same settings/rights as the rest
Hey Team,
We had an active incident for this issue which was resolved today. You can see the report in
Let us know if this is still an issue.

James.
Hello @Even Dietrich
It's Aleksandra from Deviniti - the vendor of the Issue Templates for Jira app.
After reading your post, I suppose you may encounter the same issue we recently discovered with the Create from template screen. The trouble with the dialog window occurred due to some changes on the Jira side, and we're already working with Atlassian to solve it.
In the meantime, we also released a temporary fix which should help in your case as well. Please make sure that your app's version is updated and in case of any further questions, do let me know. I'm standing by to assist!
P.S. Here's a link to the official bug report: ACJIRA-2143

Welcome to the community.
If this impacts a single user and you have determined all settings are equal to all other users, I would raise an issue at Atlassian Support.
They can see the backend of your cloud instance and see if there is anything related to this user.
Or are you using an app on your instance or project in your instance where access settings are used, this can also be an issue.
