Hi,
This is the first time i am trying to create webhook in JIRA
JIRA: v6.4.10
webhhok plugin is enabled.
URL : SOAP based URL (WSDL)
Error: Error submitting WebHook data. Please retry later.<p>Status: 500 : Internal Server Error in UI
Error from logs:
2017-09-15 12:48:00,731 http-bio-9380-exec-5 ERROR itrs_admin 768x1944x1 usmmbf 10.145.183.158 /rest/webhooks/1.0/webhook [common.error.jersey.ThrowableExceptionMapper] Uncaught exception thrown by REST service: bundle [com.atlassian.jira.plugins.webhooks.jira-webhooks-plugin]

I got the same error message:
2019-08-27 15:15:28,849 httpclient-callbacks:thread-75 WARN anonymous [c.a.webhooks.plugin.PublishTaskFactoryImpl$PublishTaskImpl] Server error - 500 when posting to web hook at URL
Did anyone ever figure out what caused this? I am getting this error when trying to add in a webhook with Microsoft Teams.
