I have an issue with the resource planning. Suddenly, the tickets displayed on the resource planning split by days and I don't know how this happens. As a result, I cannot drag and drop the ticket.
Also, the design of the ticket changed as well. See below.
It's ok the issue is fixed. Maybe I clicked by mistake on a dropdown. You just need to click on no grouping.

You can turn off the Aggregation functionality on the top right corner:

This does seem that you are using a 3rd party app for resource planing, as this is not default Jira functionality.
What App are you using and has there been updates released by the vendor?
This will give the community more insight on your issue?
