Issue is not set to complete

Daniel Rosenkvist September 9, 2019

I noticed that when i start a new sprint and all of my issues is moved from the previous sprint even the issues that have the status set to done is moved.

Now when i have looked into this issue i noticed that none of my Done issues is set to complete.

I have struggled now for several hours and no luck, the resolution for the issue is updated to Done if i set the status the to Done.

Also, check to please Resolution field for all issue in status Done. If Resolution is empty Jira thinks then the issue is not complete and moves it in another sprint. You can add Post function for transition to status Done, and get Resolution = Done/Close/Complete

Capture.JPGThe wierd part is that if i create a new project and board and use the same workflow then everything works fine, i have added several projects for this particular board

Hi @Daniel Rosenkvist ,

Is it convenient for you to show a screenshot of Column management? This will be very helpful for problem analysis.
