Is this a bug/ glitch or did I miss something in settings? Why is everything missing but the issues? Where is the title, the save as button, the details button and the search bar?

**I use filters quiet extensively and now can't use the advanced search option at all. This was working fine last night, I open it up today and it looks glitched out. Please help!

So, I emailed Atlassian support. They told me it was a bug, then fixed it for me. A few hours later it was working fine.
