Hi,

Have you enabled TLS/SSL (check True/Using)?

Try it for you.

SUPPORT SFCWR August 23, 2020

Where can i check if it's true or false ?

Quoc Nghia, TRAN August 23, 2020

Refer to JIRA Administration - System - Outgoing Mail.

The solution is correct configuration of the mail server, possibly on the email server side, but mostly you'll find there's something wrong on the Jira side.

With the TLS tick box enabled, please also try the protocol as "secure smtp".

If that does not help, then the I would want to be checking the logs while clicking "test" on the smtp settings.
