Issue security level

I need to create a issue security level in JIRA so that it allows users to view only those which are created by them. they shouldn't be allowed to view other users ticket.

Please advice how to do that?

Hi Neeta!

For that you should set the security level of issues to the Reporter only.

You can follow instructions on this document to understand how this is done in JIRA.

There is a far easier solution than security levels.  With security levels, it's actually quite hard to get it right and most people don't.   See https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Current+Reporter+Browse+Project+Permission for the better solution.
