Issue security questions

Can i somehow Restrict view of my JIRA board tickets to those users who created those tickets or are related to them i.e. Assignee etc

I have create user groups but am unable to restrict a user from accessing other tickets not created by them.

Yes, you would set up issue level security to do this. If your Use Case is to lock down EACH issue in your PROJECT so that ONLY the reporter can view it, then your issue level security scheme would only have one security level being Restricted with the member "Reporter". This should be set as the default level. 

Note that with the above setup, no one outside of the Reporter can see the issue and you cannot change the security level on the tickets, so be careful when implementing and do it in a Dev environment first.

I was able to apply security schemes and restrict only the reporter and assignee to be able to view. Thanks alot
