Has anyone got lucky using an native Cloud Jira dashboard gadget or Atlassian supported app or a complex SQL query logic to run some statistics of issues count?
We have a software project with 20+ issue types and have an internal audit requirement to run extract of issues count by yearly, quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily basis. It would be greatly helpful if someone could recommend on how to get this statistical data in one single report, if possible?
Jira Cloud support recommended couple of add-ons for us to try out and explore but since the internal requirement is catching more urgency lately, so wanted to cut through and understand from experts on a better approach. Thanks in advance!
