Hey Anand,

From the System Information of your JIRA instance, there's an indication that you've deployed JIRA EAR/WAR installation on Resin application server.

This I believe, could be the root cause of the problem, since Resin is actually an unsupported platform. More details on JIRA supported platforms:

And therefore, can you kindly try to switch the application server to Tomcat and see if it helps?
