I am experiencing an issue with the Jira dashboard where updates are not being reflected after changes are made. Specifically, the following fields are affected:
Comments section: New comments added to tickets are not appearing immediately or at all on the dashboard view.
Dates: Updates to due dates or custom date fields are not syncing or displaying correctly.
These discrepancies are causing confusion when tracking progress and collaborating across teams. The issue persists across multiple projects and for different users.
Steps to Reproduce:
Update a ticket’s comment or date field.
Refresh the Jira dashboard.
Observe that the updates are not reflected or visible.
Please investigate and advise on a resolution or any necessary workarounds
