I’m experiencing some difficulties with my Health1 website, specifically with issue management. My incoming mail server is currently set to Default cloud mail server. I want to confirm if this means I am unable to open or comment on issues within the platform?
I’m concerned that this might be affecting important features, especially regarding our doctor on call service, and would appreciate any insights or suggestions from others who might have faced similar issues.
