×Hi All,
As an admin in Jira, I have assigned a role that requires a specific group’s signature during a particular transaction. The user trying to perform the transaction is indeed part of the designated group, but this does not allow him to change the status. I would appreciate any advice or assistance.
Hi @amit_bakst ,
If you're using the eSignature plugin, it seems like you can also contact their support team:

Hi @amit_bakst , I work with the eSign for Jira vendor (Digital Rose) and we would be happy to help troubleshoot the custom signature validator.
As @Carlos Garcia Navarro suggested, please create a support request so we can exchange some details and get screenshots of your private signature data. This is a direct link to the support portal:

Chris

Hello @amit_bakst
I see that you are using eSign, which I am not familiar with. How does Jira recognise when the signature has been added? Is there some field that they need to fill? - referencing the approval screen.

Hi @Nikola Perisic
Once you connect the plug-in to Jira, you can add signatures to tickets. I can't explain how Jira recognizes the signature behind the scenes, but you get a pop-up screen to sign.
