Issues are not searchable after migrating to new service

We migrated our Jira Software with Service Desk to new server and new db. On the previous server it was in dicker container and now it is standalone application.

It starts fine. But shows only couple of issues. If I put issue id in the address bar then it opens without any problems and shows all the information. However if I look at queues -they are empty. When I create new tasks they are visible as well, but only two old tasks, that were assigned to me and has not been closed yet are visible.

You need to reindex your jira. System->Indexing

You need to perform an indexing of the environment.
