Issues are not showing up in the Backlog and future sprints.

Hello All,

In our project, we have two sprints(Active and future). In backlog view, it is showing only the Active sprints and other issues, there are no issues in the Future sprint. I can see the issues in the Future Sprint by JQL query.  

I checked the filter query, columns and board configuration settings it looks good.

Filter query -project = "Name" ORDER BY Rank ASC

@Alexey Matveev saying that go to Board settings and check the filter (JQL query) you used for the future sprints showing the issues or not.

My Board filter query:

project = "Name" ORDER BY Rank ASC 

other project Boards has the same filter query they are able to see the issues in Future sprints. 

Do I miss anything on the boards?

As you said added quick filter still not able to view future sprint issues.

Hello,

Make sure that the filter for you board selects issues, which are in the future sprint. You can find the filter in the board settings -> general tab.
