After performing Jira Data Center 10.3.5 upgrade, non administrative users cannot see issues in Epic in the roadmap view. Filter is configured correctly, jira-administrators can see full hierarchy in the same plan. Options are greyed out for the authorized user, but still selectable. Any known workarounds?
I have attached the jira-admin view and the project/filter/plan owner view.
