I have Four issues in a project under the same epic - and all four are sitting in the Selected for Development Column in the Kanban board.
New Feature and Improvement both show no resolution (as is expected)
However, the Bug and Task both show resolution as Done (not expected) (and thus they both show the item crossed out)
Is there a setting I am missing here?
Hi Chuck,
Check the history of those two to see if they were marked done at some point and then reopened.
If I am reading the history list correctly, it appears yes. As I am new, I am still trying to use everything appropriately. So I tried to "fix" this anomaly.
However I don't remember ever moving this or the task to the "Done" column.
Here is for the bug history:
Here is the task history:
Here is the Improvement Example

Your screenshot below shows the problem. The boxes that say set resolution. They are what is causing the strike through. Those are not Done type statuses, and you should uncheck those boxes.

Hello @Chuck V
Could you please show me your column configuration in the board settings?
In my opinion, the 'Bug' and 'Task' type tickets are in one or more statuses (Final category status) that are different from 'New feature', but have been mapped to the same column (Development Column)
