It is no longer possible to add a screenshot to a Jira issue using <ctrl> v.

From yesterday to today, it appears that the ability to use CtrlV to add a screenshot to a Jira issue no longer works.

Thanks Peter.  For anyone else with this problem, that issue has been closed as it is a duplicate of the one they're working on: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-61502
