Anyone run into the issue of having an items in the backlog, that is no longer needed, and the option to select 'Done' is not listed?

I've tried to re-open the case, change assignee, change the type of case (currently documentation and changed to mockup because it was the only option). I can't right click and delete because of permissions. I'm not sure if this was as a result of importing from FobBugz but regardless I want to remove the item from the backlog.

Hi Michelle,

have a look at your workflow. Maybe there's a restriction (e.g. open subtasks) that prevents the issue from being closed.

Or you don't have the permission to close issues in your project.

Or there's no transition from the current state to the closed state in your workflow.

The option 'Done' can only appear if there is a transition from the status of that issue to 'Done' status, and also workflow conditions should match.

Please check the status of that issues, and see whether there is applicable transition from that status to the 'Done' status, or to a 'Canceled' status (if you have) which would be wiser.
