In all upgrade notes and installation documents - There is a huperlink provided for getting JDBC driver from Oracle site. As an end user when I hit the hyperlink, it will take me to the oracle page. Imagine a situation where in its a real hard time for a JIRA admin to get the adequate driver. If he / she ends up in downloading the wrong driver - things will surely work but it might take a toll on performance. Also, the drivers integrated with JIRA installer and latest version available on Oracle site - There is always a gap.
Is it not a better idea to provide hyperlink to all compatible and tested drivers only?
