JDBC driver missing

Hi,

We are using JIRA 6.0.8 on MS SQL. JIRA was working fine till now, but all of a sudden indexing started taking more than 3 hours. Today it is stuck at 0% from last 2 hours.

I will create a support request from JIRA tomorrow after killing JIRA and starting again.

Please let me know if you need more details, then i will take another route and create the Support Request directly from JIRA.

I was looking at logs, and found this error:

Hey Ankit,

It looks like that the instance oculd have been issues with the connection with the database or with more information, we could find some information related to Deadlocks in the database.

We actually have a KB and steps on how to solve each of these situations :

* Surviving Connection Closures

* Deadlock when running JIRA with SQL Server

In case of this one not solving the issue and helping you to get the instance up and running, would you mind to provide us the current results from the support, so we can help other users facing the same behaviour?

I am sorry but this is not working for us. Dashboard is coming as empty now, and filters are also not working. Indexing is stuck at 0%.

I will need immediate support on this.
