Is there any change in JIRA 5.1 attachment folder structure compared with JIRA 7.3?.

But what about after upgrade ??. we are planning to sync JIRA 5 with JIRA 7 attachments folder.

Is that correct, that in this new structure introduced with Jira 7 also the file name handling is different?
When adding a file wiht the name like "Some-test-file.txt", the file, that appears in the attachment folder, doesn't have the original file name anymore, but is named with just a number (looks like a counter from the database) without any file extension.
Is that a correct behaviour?
