JIRA 6.2.2, Linux Instance. Where do I find the MySQL server and the DataBase name it is using? In which configuration file?

It will be the dbconfig.xml file in the application home directory

The system information page in the admin UI also tells you this (although it won't give you the password that the dbconfig.xml will)
