The issue ended up being an add-on called Profields in JIRA 8 they have an options with the same name as the JRIA View All Projects.   I have placed a bug with the vendor to either rename or place under the Profields dropdown menu

Hello @Brian Taylor !

Profields improves the View all projects link and you can disable it if this doesn't work fine:

In my configuration if is already disabled - I have contacted the vendor and they have identified as a bug and are working on a fix for this issue

Hi,

it looks like you have installed Profields. In their latest version you can make a setting to replace the common View all Projects listing with a link to the project navigator. Maybe that is causing to make it appear twice after the update.

Hi @Brian Taylor

After clearing the cache if you still see it twice then try to inspect element this menu item. May be it is from some app?

Hi @Brian Taylor ,

I have also a dev instance for Jira 8.5.4 but don't have the same issue as you. Have you tried on a different browser or clearing all cache ?

Let me know if this helps,
