JIRA AD Users Automatically Being Deleted

I have a few directory connectors to some of our partner AD domains.  I can sync particular domains and get a message like "349 users imported in 25 seconds".  As soon as I do that I can see them in my user directory.  5 seconds later they are gone.  Looking at my audit log I see the author JIRA deleted every single one of them in every domain except for the domain that JIRA is on.  Those users remain active.

I am not doing it, JIRA is doing it immediately after they are synchronized.

What is going on?
