JIRA Agile Evaluation License extension!!!

We were using JIRA+Agile for evaluation from October 15, our evaluation was about to expire yesterday. As per the documentation we went about for extending evaluation license to one more month but could not find JIRA and JIRA Agile options. what to do now?

We enabled JIRA Core and JIRA Software licenses but JIRA Agile is not working now from today? tried using the same software license for JIRA Agile as mentioned in the documentation but still getting the same error. Please suggest. If we upgrade the server to JIRA Software will the issue be resolved?

So you mean we have to change all the work done in JIRA and install a new JIRA Software and start again?

Edit: I've reading the new version and it seems it is automatic the update with if your server is in the proper maintenance status.  Could an evaluation license elegible for update?

If you were using/evaluating JIRA Agile add-on before, then you should go ahead with JIRA Software now (which is JIRA + JIRA Agile).
