JIRA Application time is not synced (offset of 7 minutes) – the row is logged at the correct time but incorrect timestamp

@Davynson Brual what is your question? Set the correct time at server (or, it's better, setup time sync with timeserver) and restart Jira

When we comment to a certain ticket. It says that that it was commented 5 mins ago.
