JIRA Avatar keeps going back to default

I used to have a JIRA prepackaged avatar but after the latest update I am not able to see my avatar which I had set using the JIRA pre-packaged avatar

This seems to be a Bug, that it's being reported on our system.

However, I would need more information, to confirm it.

The avatar is coming now but if I try to change it is only giving me the option to upload a  picture but earlier in the older version there were some default avatar pics from which I could select any one.

I am unable to find that option

My Avatar also keeps going back to default like every 30 minutes or so. I have changed my avatar a couple of times but after few minutes of being idle, when i refresh my Jira page, it goes back to default. I tried changing my avatar via my.atlassian as well as from bitbucket, and still the same. Also, I don't have gravatar account on the email i am using.
