JIRA Bulk Workflow scheme update for multiple projects

Hello, 

We have 500+ projects on a JIRA workflow scheme and need to migrate these over to a new scheme that has multiple workflows for issue types with statuses that don't exist on the old workflow. 

We have been able to successfully convert projects over to the new workflow scheme but this requires manually mapping the new statuses for every issue type. 

The mappings are always the same in our case, so is there a way to do the workflow scheme update across multiple projects at once?

Using JIRA server 7.3.8 currently.

Hi Sanjeeka, did you try to update the workflow scheme 1 by 1 for your 500+ projects? Alternatively, you can just update your existing original workflow scheme directly to the target workflow scheme (remove the worflow issue type mapping with new ones), in that case, you just need to do the status mapping once. Make sure to backup your server before operation.
