JIRA Cloud POP3s mail handler

I can't see where to add an public cert to allow JIRA to collect mail from my O365 Exchange server. We only allow POP3S and IMAPS to that deployment.

Is this not supported in the cloud version?

As Josh mentioned, it's only possible to connect to an Exchange server using IMAP or POP3.

We had a feature request for it in the past, but we do not have plans to implement it in the near future:

• JRASERVER-6559 Add Exchange mail server support
