JIRA Customer Portal Escalate transistion

From JIRA Backend I have added a Escalate screen with some of the fields associated with the escalated transition. But when i open the escalate option from the Customer portal it is showing a default comment screen.

How to provide the escalate screen which i have added in the backend to the portal.

Hello, unfortunately the transitions of the help portal do not have the possibility to add customs fields and customize the screens, only the comment field will appear.
