JIRA: Error when I create a backup file

Hi people.

When I'm trying to create a backup from the administration panel. I'm receiving the following message.

Error exporting data: org.ofbiz.core.entity.GenericTransactionException: Error occurred while rolling back transaction. (Protocol violation)

Can Anyone help me please?

This relates to creating a backup? Says starting JIRA rather than exporting XML backup
