JIRA Exporting

Is it possible to configure the issue filter exports from JIRA?  It appears that the column header names and order have changed slightly with the upgrade to 7.3. 

1. The order of the column headers is different

2. The Assignee, Reporter and Creator are all using User IDs instead of Full Name

3. All of our custom fields have column headers like this “Custom field (Business Segment)” whereas before the column header was just “Business Segment”; as an example.

Try the Better Excel Plugin because it works as you expect in all three points mentioned.

Hi Deekshi,

The changes you're seeing are by design and there is a feature request for any changes that you believe should added such as the removal of the custom field portion of the name, the userID, etc.

Please vote on JRASERVER-62115 and add any relevant comments.  Reading through the comments it appears each of your above concerns have been brought up by other users as well. 

Hopefully JIRA 7.4 will provide some relief as it will re-inroduce HTML Exports.
