JIRA Filters Issue

Hi,

I'm trying to save a filter with specific fields selected, but after I create and save the filter, those selected fields don't appear in the saved version.

Could you please look into this?

Required fields:

GAM Client Name
Market(s)
Format
Category:
GAM Order Name:
Total Campaign Value:
Total Custom Unit Line Item Spend
Currency
Ad Unit Start Date:

Welcome to the Community! I see that there was a suggestion regarding saving the specific columns as part of the filter and that was resolved: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-30714

But there are people reporting issues with this. Have you checked the details in the JRACLOUD-30714 ticket?

Yes, but still we are facing the issue: 

only shows 5 fields, after saving with all filters (13 fields):

Showing 5 fields after saving the filter:
Project
Type
Status
Assignee
Ad Unit Start Date:

NOT showing those 8 fields after saving the filter:
GAM Client Name
Market(s)
Format
Category:
GAM Order Name:
Total Campaign Value:
Total Custom Unit Line Item Spend
Currency
