JIRA Filters are not loading on Chrome browser

Hi Team,

I am Bala and we use JIRA as a Test Management tool.

We usually validate the bugs or tickets using JIRA filters.

However, from couple of days, I am finding difficulty in loading JIRA filters in Chrome browser.

They are opening good in Chrome - Incognito window.

Could you provide me assistance on this.

Hi Valerie,

I can see the list of filters, but when I select them, they are not showing any values.

The results are displayed clearly, if I am using incognito window.

Please can you share, even an anonymised screen, of what you see here -

You don't see the list of filters or you don't see the filters working in the gadget of a dashboard?
