I need to see which tool would be best for integrating with Salesforce. I have already seen the use of the Connector by ServiceRocket. Is this the most recommended tool for integrating JIRA with Salesforce?
Who can I contact at JIRA?
There is a whole variety of connectors out there to sync the Salesforce platform to Jira, but the effectiveness of any connector totally depends on your specific use case. This is particularly true of Salesforce as it has a plethora of entities and user defined items which need to be taken care of. The recommendation would be to use a tool which is both easy to use and set up, yet packs a punch when it comes to flexibility and power.
Please review Exalate addon and install it on both sides (SF + Jira).. You can quickly set up a trial license and test the product out fully for 30 days. If you need any assistance to get up and running, or just want to see the product in action, please feel free to book a demo.
Happy syncing!
Cheers
Syed

My name is Diana and I am a solutions architect at ZigiWave. I believe it all comes down to your use case and needs. The best tool would be the one that helps you - saves you time and efforts, and solves even the most sophisticated troubles you're facing.
You may check ZigiOps. It's an easy to use, no-code integration platform that allows to customize the fields of data you want to transfer from one of the integrated systems to the other - issues, cases, comments and attachments and syncs them in real-time. It reads the schema dynamically and can transfer any fields.
You can always give it a try and book a technical demo.

Hello Cristobal,
Thanks for your reply. Yes, I have seen the demos of the Connector by ServiceRocket. It's pretty neat.
Do you have the pricing info? I see that it's $10 per 10 users per month. Is this true?
Also, I see there are many other tools that connect JIRA with Salesforce. What would the main advantages to use your connector over others? Can you elaborate a little?
Thanks.

Hello Jonathan,
Regarding the pricing information, you may want to refer to this link for the details:
You will find examples and also perform some calculations to know the exact amount it will cost.
The main advantages of our Connector, as previously mentioned, is that you can customize the way it works either from the Jira side or the Salesforce side. We have seen our customers achieving very specific use cases for selective and automatic Jira issue creation for example, including conditions and custom configurations. It also supports the classic view and the lightning experience from Salesforce.
As indicated in our previous update, feel free to reach out to our support team for anything you may need during your evaluation period in case you decide testing our Connector, we've got your back!

Hi Subramanyam,
When I click on the link, a blank page shows up. Also, is there anyone at JIRA I can speak to? It seems everything is all links and docs, but no real person.
