Background:

For instance, a team has 10 members. I have set up a JIRA project giving User Access to all these 10 members.

2 issues are created by me and  different assignee\stakeholders to different issues. Stakeholder is a IT configured fields to allow populate more than 1 names. Since assignee field only allow 1 name.

Issue 1: assignee is John and stakeholder is Mike and Tony.

My Question:

For issue 1: Only me(reporter) or John (issue assignee) or Mike or Tony(stakeholder) could edit fields of this JIRA Ticket( description, solution, add attachment, etc).

Thanks in advance for your help.

Have you looked under roles and tried to change default permissions?  Not sure how Jira is configured in your org but you maybe you can grant more right to *all users* or whatever it’s called.  I’m inferring from your question that you’d like to have more users be able to edit issues; is that correct?

Dear Olga, thanks for your help. It is resolved now by adding "assignee and stakeholder" in edit permission section.
