Hi,
recently we noticed that the email address configured as from address for JIRA notifications has all the emails being saved in the sent items. Is there a way to disable this ? We use this email for multiple purposes. So JIRA notifications are flooding the sent Items folder.
Somehow, it was not doing this until recently and something/someone triggered this, which we do not know.
You may want to have your exchange / email admin give this mailbox a specific retention policy to automatically delete its sent items after 30 days.
