JIRA OnDemand cannot see our private GitHub repositories

I've followed all the instructions, and managed to hook up our corporate github account with the JIRA DVCS plugin, but the organisation's private github repositories are simply not showing up.

I can see the public repository fine.

Please help, thank you.

There is a bug report that was raised here: https://studio.atlassian.com/browse/BBC-219

You can raise a new support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com for us to perform the upgrade of the plugin for you. :)
