JIRA Project Import failed

When i try to use Project Import in JIRA Server. I got the following error message: error1.bmp

Here is the file mentioned in the error message:  

Can anyone help me solve this issue?

Could you please make sure all your custom fields are created in destination instance.

Also make sure your both instance compatibility.
