JIRA Project Report on basis of weekly efforts of resource and Completion date of tasks.
The efforts to be shown in percentage for all resources and should be seen for multiple projects.
Eventually the estimates and completion dates should be inputted for the tasks and should get automatically updated for the stories and accordingly the Projects should show the completion date and estimates.
I tried all the existing reports in JIRA cloud.

Another option as a Free candidate for custom reporting is to use the "Jira Cloud for Google Sheets (Official)" or the "Jira Cloud for Excel (official)" add-on apps. These are free connector apps, that will allow you to pull live Jira field data into either Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for follow up reporting using the external spreadsheet tool's capabilities in combination with the data from Jira.
