JIRA Report for past date

Please suggest JQL query for fetching Jira report for past date.

e.g. , Need to fetch a report for 5th Dec 2019  end of day 

or single project report by end of week ( wen ending 5th Dec )

It is a bit unclear what you wanted to do, but producing a report "simulate the results as if it was <given date>" is not supported by JQL.

Instead, I think you should check out the WAS, WAS IN, WAS NOT IN, WAS NOT, CHANGED and similar operators, as those may help to solve your problem.
