Hi everyone,
for almost two years I have used the Google Sheet script to get data from the Jira (Server, not Cloud) installed on client premisses.
Now, in a different environment, I cannot run it properly and an error message pops saying that the address is unavailable: https://internal.clientsname.com/jira/rest/api/2/
Taking a deeper look into it I can see that the address exists and is accessible, but there is a SSL3 handshake failure and I cannot import the data from Jira.
Do you know how to solve it?
hi @gbraz
I would suggest you to try out an alternative to using script.
You can try Coupler.io Google Sheets add-on to export data from Jira Server and import it to Google Sheets. The add-on will let you set up data frequency for updates (1 hour, for instance), as well as use JQL to filter out the results you want to pull.
Please let me know if this option worked for you!
