Hi @Shehan Amila

Welcome to the Atlassian community

Here are a few suggestions which can help:

  1.  Have you tried re-creating the application link? ( delete the application link from both applications and then re-create it ) No data will be lost when re-creating application links.
  2. Can you check if both Jira Server & Bitbucket Cloud are able to communicate with each other? You can use the telnet command from Jira Server to verify this.
  3. Is Jira Server running behind a proxy/SSL? Try by-passing the proxy to rule out the possibility of the proxy causing this issue following the steps here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/how-to-create-an-unproxied-application-link-719095740.html

Do keep us updated.

Adrian Stephen

Hi  @Adrian Stephen

Thanks for your support.

I have updated DVCS plugins from version 3.3.30 to 5.1.7 in my JIRA software instance and issue is resolved.

Best Regards,

Shehan
