I have upgraded my Jira to version 8.1.3 (latest). After installing servicedesk with a trial license, I created a new project named "ITHELP",
However when I click on
https://jira.mydomain.com/servicedesk, it says "JIRA Service Desk is not licensed"
I have already tried to
1) Perform JIRA indexing
2) Run the JIRA Database Integrity Checker and apply the fixes
3) System -> Administration -> Applications > Application Access > JIRA Service Desk

jira-servicedesk-users
4) Restart Service Desk

1. Yes, it is version 8.13.0
2. it says "Trial expires: 23/Nov/20"
3. I used Chrome and I clicked "Privacy and security > Clear browsing data"
4. I have cleared the plugins in /var/atlassian/application-data/jira/plugins/installed-plugins and reinstalled jira and servicedesk
Still it is the same error

Indexing and cache data have no effect on licencing.
Can you go to "managa applications" and check what licences you have in there? There could be up to three, in different places (Core, Software and Jira Service Desk). You say you have a trial licence expiring 23rd November, but not which application it is for. This screen should tell you.
