JIRA Set field value from Parent missing

Hi All,

I am using JIRA 6.3.13, I want to include "JIRA Set field value from Parent missing" post function on Create Issue transition. But when edit the transition on Create i cannot find the post function with "JIRA Set field value from Parent missing". 

Can someone please let me know where am i going wrong. or missing some plugin which brings this Field.

It's not a standard post-function, so you need an add-on to provide it. I suspect Kian has the right answer.
