All of our JIRA users has encountered that once authenticated to JIRA, user cannot proceed to the dashboard or Issue Navigator. Once logged in, the browser seems to be waiting forever!
Once this user enters username and password to JIRA, we observed that authentication passed.
Please find below security log for the same.

Anyone having same problem?
Have you recently updated any plugins? Is this happening for all users? Do you have enough RAM and are your JVM Heap settings enough to handle your instance?
Is that snippet above from the security log? What does the atlassian-JIRA log say?
Not promising to have any answers after you provide that information, but I bet it will help someone that may!
