JIRA URL history (Removing unused boards)

Is there a log of all the page requests? If not, how can I turn one on?

I'm trying to cleanup my "Manage Boards" page (we have hundreds of boards, many aren't used) and I wanted to see which boards people are not using.

I figured I could look at a log file and see which boards aren't being accessed and then remove them, but I can't seem to find a tomcat access log.

I found the apache tomcat logs and see all the URL history in access_log.yyyy-mm-dd .
