JIRA WAR errors show in Support Tools for JIRA Standalone

Hello,
after upgrade standalone version of JIRA on several servers I see those (below) problems in Hercules.

After copying/cloning a JIRA WAR instance, JIRA keeps connecting to the wrong database

Best practice to change from WAR to Bin installation

Nothing from instances are not WAR and I make upgrade by own bash scripts (generally only by copying data and configuration files from older instance).

You are not correcting the entries in the home directory in dbconfig file

Export the data from the WAR installation

Create a new server by using the Binary installer

Import the data you exported

1) This instance is full working. I only copy dbconfig file (and some next conf files and HOME folder) to new location and DB is same, but this and second problem is still showing. 2) I don't use WAR or Bin installer, but this error is strange
