JIRA always goes to initialisation screen on server reboot

I have 1 instance for Confluence and JIRA installed on my same EC2 instance. I'm able to start both the applications using shell scripts.

But for JIRA -

Even though I have JIRA already configured. But when I reboot, it always goes back to initialising screen.

this is the normal behaviour when you restart Jira, this is not the setup screen but only the instance loading eveyrhing it needs during startup.

You should not worry about this !
